Hey guys, will there be a way for us to let our spouses, etc... in without paying the $10/head??? Mine is not showing up until midday on Saturday...

Hi:

I am just drafting my agenda for Saturday and its my first match, so I apologize for any dumb questions. Based on the timeline below, when can I start smoking my ribs?

Saturday, June 6th, 2009:

~ 7:00- 8:30 am: Move In / Out
~ 8:30 am: All moving vehicles must be removed
~ 9:00 am: Event opens
~ 10:00 Cooks Meeting

Turn-in Times: 3:00pm: Chicken 3:30pm: Ribs

Normally after the meat inspection you can do what ever you'd like. The schedule for that must be someplace. Back Yard contest? When I do ribs I'll allow 4-1/2 -5-1/2 hrs. to doneness. Some behave differently than others so at 4 hrs. elapsed time I check often. Your case probably no later than 9:30 - 10:00.
