Yo, this past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting the owners of this unique concept. I used some yesterday with some chicken breast. The flavor used was the Chili Lime Chipotle. I can't wait to use the margorita dill plank on some Salmon, what a neat concept. Soak the plank in water for 1/2 hour or so add the meat and boom, perfection. A guy like Elkski can even be a star, just kidding. I know we have a lot of great cooks out there that could use these really cool flavor boards. I have got to get some more, man oh man!
