In preparation for the class we are teaching in Huntsville this weekend (Saturday) I would lilke provide the attendees (future Q'rs and competitors) a compiled a list of the BBQ Information/resources that you would recommend. Please include websites, cookbooks or other references that you find beneficial to your craft.

If you have any rubs, mops, sauces, or other recieps you would like to share I will include them as well.

Our goal is to help them enhance their skills as they learn more about the art of BBQ.

If you would like to e-mail me instead, please send your info to redneckpegleg@gmail.com

Thank you very much.
