I am organizing the first Tooele County Wild Horse and Heritage Days BBQ Competition. The Pro Competition is June 8-9th. I need judges. Anyone interested? Please reply, or email me at patty.wheeler@usu.edu or call me Monday thru Thursday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm at 435-277-2409 or 435-830-4845.
I would like to be One of the Judges when is the Class??????
I'm waiting for the information from the KCBS, (I called them today, and they are going to email me their response), as to what they will require, we normally have CBJ classes in conjunction with a sanctioned competitions, this often saves on the costs, as the instructor will then going to be available to rep the contest as well.
I don't know how to go about this but I think KCBS choosing the next rep from someone living on the Wasatch front might be a wise choice.
We already have Steve Flewellen as a rep, (on the Wasatch front). but an instructor rep is a different kettle of fish, (as they say)!Wink

Great, let me know as soon as you have something.
I believe the next closest KCBS Rep and CBJ class instructor is Gene G. from Cali.

Dave
I believe Dave is right about the nearest KCBS Rep.

I'm interested in being a judge for this Event.

I don't have the website set up to accept registration forms or payment yet. But if you get your address to me I can get the registration packet to you.

I recently got all the details finalized. The registration form will be available on the website this week or first of next week. wildhorseandheritagedays.com is the website. Click on the BBQ Competition link at the top of the page and go from there. The schedule and rules will also be posted there. You can't register online, but can print the form and mail it with your check or card information, or email the form to me with your card information. If you still have questions, please call me at 435-277-2409.
