A question regarding the TCWHH BBQ comp. Will we be able to stay at our cooking sites overnight on Friday night. Most of the Pro teams will be cooking all night or starting in the middle of the night. Also, what time can we start setting up our cook sites? Thanks.

Yes, teams that wish to camp overnight must state that on their registration form. The can check in Friday and stay until Sunday morning. But if they stay Saturday night, they can't leave until after 7:00 am Sunday morning.

You can check in anytime Friday. Please see our website for the registration form and details. If you have more questions, please ask. wildhorseandheritagedays.com/bbqcookoff/htm
I have never done a IBCA event. What are the differences from a KCBS event?
Its a 3 meat comp. Half chicken, brisket and ribs you have any hour turn in and you don't have to garnish the turn in boxes with greens is the biggest diff I can find so far.

Thank you H&D BBQ for the clarification. Also, the rules can be found on our website wildhorseandheritagedays.com under the BBQ link at the top of the page. If you have any more questions you can email me at patty.wheeler@usu.edu.
Hey all, I just found out that I have a registration deadline for the Tooele County Wild Horse and Heritage Days BBQ Competition. May 17th is the Registration Deadline!

Go to wildhorseandheritagedays.com and click on the BBQ cookoff link at the top of the page. You will find the registration form, the payout schedule, and the rules.

Don't forget to bring the whole family. There are many activities for the whole family, including swimming.

Complete your registration form and fax it to me at 435-277-2404. If you are paying by credit or debit card, I can run your card on a date you specify. Just get your registration to me ASAP. I'll be watching for it.
What teams are signed up as of now?
I have received many requests. I'll post a rooster this afternoon.

I think I'll be posting a roster, instead of a rooster. Sorry.
