Full Version: Becci's Beef Stir Fry

This is one of my all time favorite quick tasty meals that she makes often around here, and I thank her for letting me share it.
Serves 5 easy
1 1/2 pounds of beef cut into strips, we use beef shoulder clod or strips cut from brisket.
1 1/2 yellow onion sliced
2 celery stalks
2 carrots sliced
1 small napa cabbage
1 can water chestnuts drained
4 cloves garlic
1 green pepper sliced
Tbl fresh ginger
1 bottle of teriyaki marinade

Combine beef, onions, green peppers, garlic, carrots, ginger, and teriyaki marinade together in a bowl, and refrigerate over night.
Start to cook your rice.
Combine your refrigerated ingredients in a pan with about 2 Tbl of oil. stir fry cook for 3 min, add celery and green pepper for 2 min, add the rest of the ingredients for 4. When finished poor on top of steamed rice and get busy.
