Looks like a useful tool to add to the arsenal if you have more than a couple of butts to pull, I like the up and down motion of an experienced user, staying away from the bottom of the pan does sound like a good idea! Wink

For some reason the video would not pull up on my other computer. I made a couple of pullers a few months ago and posted the plans and build on another websight http://www.phpbbserver.com/smokinjim/vie...smokinjim. I had watched this video, and one on the Roman pork puller before creating my design. I can shred a pork shoulder in about 30 seconds.
