I had the irresistable urge to make some fatties this weekend, one Bacon Cheeseburger, and one Reuben.

First the Bacon Cheeseburger fatty.
2-1/2 lbs ground chuck:

Sliced Onions:

Pre-cooked Bacon:

Grated Cheddar Cheese:

All Rolled up and wrapped with Bacon:

And now on to the Reuben Fatty.
First I rinsed and ground a 3 Lb corned beef point, Layered it in the pan over plastic wrap, then added minced garlic, sliced swiss cheese, and sourkraut.

Rolled it all up and wrapped with Bacon then tossed onto the UDS at 300°
Almost done:

Both Fatties finished and resting:

and now for the money shot:

Nice job.
Nice Bud! The bacon cheeseburger is my favorite of the two.
Thanks for the compliments guys!

I think the Bacon Cheeseburger one was my favorite also.
So did you slice it up and put it on a burger bun?
Nice work!

That's exactly what I did Mike. It made for some awesome burgers!
Looks good. I'd take a plate of that any day.
