Full Version: My latest pork injection

My latest pork injection concoction: 2 cups "Simply Apple" juice, 1 cup peach nectar, 1/2 cup mango nectar, 1 cup water, 2 teaspoons of your favorite pork rub, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter-flavored maple syrup, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce. Heat in saucepan stirring to dissolve & mix, then inject away.

Call me crazy, but the stuff just works! Tasty, sweet, moist, hint of fruit, yummy. It's a little different, but it's different in a good way.

Ya, me too, my rub has cayenne pepper in it so it has some heat. It's all good together.

Any other interesting ingredients in your favorite injections?
