A new twist on grilled chicken - Guest - 04-22-2009 10:46 PM
Last weekend I took a little different angle on grilled chicken for my next recipe post. I call it "General's Grilled Chicken". I marinated it in a dry Phad Thai seasoning and glazed it with a Chinese General Tso's Chicken-style sauce.
The recipe will be up this weekend.

Looks wonderful. I'm having some folks for dinner Saturday evening for Chinese so I'm looking forward to the recipe.

It should be up by about 10 or so. I have to edit the pics a little and write the copy.
P.S. I've got lots of really cool stuff coming on the blog.

Looks good Patio. Boy, I helped do 80# of chicken leg quarters at work today, and I have to say at those grilling temps you really have to keep things moving with anything that has sugar in it. Good job man. How did the radio thing go?

There is no sugar until you hit it with the sauce. After that, yes, you have to be vigilant.
The show went well. You can hear it here.
