looking for a rib recipe - Harliquin76 - 08-30-2007 08:19 AM

I have never cooked ribs before. I am getting my WSM today and want to break it in with some ribs. I know some of you have WSM and know how to do some ribs, so if anyone would share how to make them with me I would love you forever. I know I can get some info online but you guys I can get feedback with. THanks

GO DAWGS

I would also recommend trying a pork butt for your first cook. They're very forgiving and will tolerate temp spikes, etc as you're getting your WSM figured out.

I don't know if you've been to the Virtual Weber Bullet site, but I followed the cooking topics there for quite a few of my first cooks using my WSM. There are some very good & detailed instructions there.
