Does anyone use these types of gloves to cook with and if so how good are they? I figure $20 bucks isn't a bad deal for these.

I think those are the same gloves we use in the COSTCO deli for handling the rotisserie chicken.
I found some at a restaraunt supply place called Hale industries for $25.00 and they have removable liners you can wash. They are designed for using in and around hot oil fryers. They are the 945 series made by Summit Glove. Got to their website , type in "945" in the search area, and hit the GO button. I think you'll like em.
Packerbacker had some good gloves too, but not sure where he got em.

I just bought a pair of gloves on Amazon for 14.95. I tried them this past Monday and they worked great to pull things off the grill and to pull pork. Click here if you want to see them:
