Cookshack Smokette SM008 with stand and cover - Gumbo - 07-28-2013 08:42 PM

I'm selling my Cookshack Smokette Sm008, plus stand and cover for $350. This is a great smoker. I'm selling only because I upgraded to a larger model. I purchased new about 10 years ago: new the smoker cost $550, plus around $250 for the stand, plus $75 for the cover.

The Cookshack is an electric cooker, and rather than having to buy a lot of wood, charcoal, or propane to use, it only requires a few chunks of wood. It's well insulated so it cooks the same whether it's sunny, windy, or a blizzard.

The other thing I like about Cookshack is that I don't have to stay up all night tending a fire, adding more wood or charcoal, etc. I work all day and like to sleep all night. This cooker lets me do that and still produce better food than you can find in restaurants.

I’ll throw in some wood and rib hooks. Here’s a link to the manual: http://www.cookshack.com/PDF%20downl...er.%2006.2.pdf
