Knife handle control - T - 01-29-2010 02:55 PM

Yo, I will pass this old school remedy for slippery knife handles when working with greasy meats, trimming, or whatever. Simply put a couple of rubber bands on the handle, and just like that you have great control. When you finish for clean up, remove that bands throw away, no biggy. Yo can even use the larger bands as I do from time to time. Hope this helps?
