Nascar Smoked Butts
Well the wife and I are going to park in the infeild this year for the first time. Taking just our old camper. Decided yesterday to throw in the WSM and smoke up 2 butts on Thurs/fri for lunch afternoon snacks on friday qualifying day. Then going to put on 2 whole chickens on Sunday before the race so we have a nice dinner 5 hours later.
I hope the race doesn't run to long??
I figure we might make some friends with all that smoke!!!
Keep it low and slow..
Hope the temp hits 75+ as that is skimpy dress zone.

I was going to provide a nascar and accuweather link but the darn right click is still not allowed????

You can copy the link, then do a Ctrl v to paste it. Try that.

That sure was good stuff!

And a Ctrl c will copy the link, once you highlighted it.

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!
