Cookshack Trouble
I just acquired a 14 year old model 50 and was reminded of a problem I had with a model 55. That is when the temp knob says off....it really isn't. It keeps the heating element hot all the time wasting electricity and maybe burning hands when working in the wood tray. The best way to solve this is to unplug after every use.
