Here is some info I found on co-packers:

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!

I just found this same website in my internet wanderings this morning. I perused some of the bottlers and some of them gave me a heart attack with thier minimum order quantities! So my question is - Has anyone had any luck bottling recently? can anyone recommend a bottler? (I know there are non-disclosure agreements required, but if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great!

Thanks,

Nikki

If you're in Idaho, you can go to the University of Idaho Extension facility in Caldwell. they have all the equipment to make and bottle or package your product. They hold classes a few times a year and rent the space by the hour. Lots of teh "made in Idaho" products are done there.
