Prime Rib Question
We want to cook some prime rib this Sunday and I just need some advice on the size I should get; there's only seven adults, (one with a hollow leg). Wink

Also, where would you suggest would be the most reasonably priced in the Ogden area?? I was thinking Oscars Meats perhaps??

My son-in-law is going to cook it on his smoker that he made out of a propane tank. Photos will be posted to prove it DID happen.TongueTongue

Thanks so much in advance!!
