Does anyone have a recipe for Monk Balls???/
How to make and Smoke them?

Make or buy meatballs, wrap each meat ball in a piece of bacon, skewer with a toothpick to hold them together, cover in rub, smoke until the meatball gets to 165° or above, dip in bbq sauce. Eat!

Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!
