Macy's BBQ
I came across this today at the Macy's on 7800 South 1300 East. The deli manager says Macy's owns three Southern Pride SPX300 smokers and moves them around between stores. The ribs they cook are St.Louis cut.

They start Friday. The smoker really isn't sideways.....just my picture. I don't know if they really make much money. St.Louis ribs go for about $9 a slab at Costco.
