Spare ribs at smiths for a Buck and change...
Hey y'all Smiths in Saratoga Springs has their Spareribs on sale for $1.49 a pound. they are weighing about 5 lbs. Prices effective June 3rd through June 9th. We have stocked up so we thought we would share our little pot of gold. :twisted: :twisted:

The package says it is packaged in a solution of up to 12% water, Salt, and Sodium Phosphates. Is that a bad thing? :oops: I didn't even pay attention to that.

It's not bad if you like Ham or Pork Jerky, but if you like spare ribs like pork spare ribs leave them alone!

I didn't even know it made a difference. Thank you for the info. wont be buying any more of those. My pot of gold just turned into iron pyrite....

Sorry for the bad news. I found that they will taste hammy. I usually get mine at Costco. They seam to be thicker then the ones at Sam's Club.
