Need disposable cutting boards?
There is a buy one/get one promo code (P4044) for DayDots 18" x 24" disposable cutting sheets. If you're not using these, do yourself a huge favor and get some! You'll never go back to a regular cutting board at competitions.

Order two and enter the P4044 promo code at checkout (toward the bottom of the form). It will not be immediately applied, but you will see a "Promo code P4044 is valid and will be applied to this order" comment at the bottom. They will apply the discount when they process the order. You can call them to verify if you are the overly cautious type.

I highly recommend these cutting boards (sheets) They don't dull knives, and the edges are perforated so you can fold them up to keep juices from running out.

I will be giving disposible cutting boards away at all competitions that I attend this year complements of my sponsor Camp Chef. They don't have the built up edge to keep the juices contained, but people seam to love them anyway. I have seen the one's that John speaks of and they are nice.

Indeed. That's $3.40 per comp to avoid washing cutting boards. That is a serious no-brainer.

Another tip as far as easy clean up. I, in the past, always broke out the aluminum pans for seasoning the 4 meats, now its just 4 strips of foil on top of the prep table, or if you have to use the pans to carry the meats to the cooker, line the pans with foil.
