Pulled Pork for 150
Hi!

My brother in law asked if I would help cook BBQ for his wedding. Now he says there will be 150 people. Can anyone suggest a place/person who can turn our pulled pork for 150 people?

The wedding / reception date is: Saturday, May 30th. Less than two weeks. HELP!!!

Hey Bubba

Are you going to be looking for meat only or is this a gig with a menu?

There are quite a few members who do cater in their spare time and some like T and Becci do it when they don't have spare time!

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!

Oh, yea.. I forgot to mention it was my in-laws. LOL

I need the meat in a pan.

I can get the butts and everyting or pay a rate for everything.. hoping for a reasonable offer to smoke-n-go. Thanks again.

I would be glad to help you out if doug can't. You may need to watch the smoker for a while, but hay 20 or 120. what is the difference, you just have to pull a little longer,
