Sunday pork tenderloin cook
Found some nice pork tenderloins at Sam's Club on Saturday, and since I've never cooked one before, thought I'd give it a shot. Here's the results:

Ready to go on the smoker after being marinated in soy sauce, orange juice, ginger and some other stuff, then sprinkled with my pork rub and rolled in chopped pecans ...

On the smoker with my honey orange teriyaki glaze

Here they are just after being pulled off the cooker

Sliced and ready to plate ...

And here's the final result, plated on some long grain and wild rice

They didn't last long ... 3 of 4 tenderloins were gone in a matter of minutes.

Dude, speaking of hitting things. I'd kill for an order or two of catfish chips right about now, do you deliver?
