Anyone need a pheasant glaze for tomorrow?
I know it's late, but if anyone is in a jam for a pheasant sauce for tomorrow, PM or e-mail me (john@patiodaddiobbq.com) and I'll give you a recipe that I am developing as we speak for an upcoming blog post. I think it would be great on pheasant. The post will go up tomorrow.

John

P.S. To keep things above board, I will only give it to the first person to respond.

John, great job on the glaze. Could you marinade with the sauce prior to the reduction?

Thanks. I suppose you could marinate with it, but it's really just juice and sugar at that point. Also, the intense red color of the pomegranate juice would dye lighter fleshed meats.
