BBQ on Internet "Radio"
I just posted an article about a great BBQ internet "radio" show and thought I would pass it along. This dude gets some serious heavy-hitters. He's like the Jim Rome of BBQ, if you can imagine such a thing. Big Grin

Here it is

Greg has some good interviews, with lots of bits and bobs, normally 4 sections on the hour long show, Tuesday evening it's live and he always has a contest where you can win sauces or rubs, it's on a phone in.

If you can't get to hear it live you can check it out via the archives.

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!

Re: BBQ on Internet "Radio"
Well, I don't know about the "will be". I volunteered to participate in a future BBQ roundtable discussion and Greg said he'd put me in the queue. It certainly would be a great time. If you haven't heard his previous roundtables, I encourage you to dig through the podcast archives. They include the likes of Rod Gray and Kevin Bevington. You can learn a lot.
