Cooker for sale - Full or half interest
Hello, all. Long time, no talk...

I apologize for my absence. Been going through some real hard times, and it'all I can do to keep rent paid.

To that end, I apparently have to sell my cooker...I really need the $$.

I'm willing to let it go for $2500/OBO. If I get full asking price, I will include ALL of my comp/cooking stuff.

If you're interested in half interest (shared ownership), let me know.

I'm letting you folks have first crack at it, since I'd like to be able to know I'm leaving it in good hands and hopefully still be able to borrow and cook on it once in a while.

Here's some older pics:

NO, the kids are NOT included.

If none of y'all are interested, I'll end up putting it on KSL, and then other boards around the country. Hope it stays local, though.

Please contact me by phone at 801-792-8035. Please leave a message if no answer. Otherwise, email to thatjoeguy@msn.com.

Re: Cooker for sale - Full or half interest
Good to spend time with you today bro, and thanks for coming by today. I cooked four loins today, Cris cooked a brisket and some pork. I tasted his pork at sliced temperature and he did a good job. Doug is in Tennessee and I spoke to him this morning, oh before I forget spoke Ed Roith called yesterday and told me to tell all hello. We are here for ya Joe,

Yo Joe, it is good to see you again... Sorry to hear life is being rough right now. The good news is that you're a helluva good man and will get through it soon enough.

To anyone thinking of picking this up, I add my comment to Flexo's about this being a great unit. If I hadn't already made a deal with Z on his Lang a couple of months ago, this one would be in my garage right now!

Congratulations to both of you.

Mike it's a nice cooker, I've eaten some food from it in the past.

Joe sorry you had to let it go, perhaps a couple of ugly drum smokers and a pack of chicken to cook on them could rekindle the bbq habit?

Thanks for your help on the weekend Joe, too!

Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!
