Just a few of my piggy's to answer a question
Yo, had a cook come by tonight while Cris and I was kicking it about tomorrows gig with the troops. The subject came up about he wanting to see one of my pigs, well Cris and I both thought that the crash of the site awhile ago had taken the pictures as well. The question was, was I using the same pig for the pictures every time? As most of you know that I have done to date around 378. The trick is to carve the pig and from the front make it look as though it had never been touched. The people love it. Glad that these photo's are still around maybe it might help some of you in you catering ideas for serving. I will say this, presentation of the pig is huge and gets you soooooo many jobs believe me, and always think perfection.

T,

You are the man!!! Those pigs looked sooo good. It's great to have you and all the others on this site that help us novices. You all are the greatest. I have learned so much from you. I know I have a ways to go to soak into my gray matter. Thanks teach!!! Can't wait to attend one of the classes from you gurus.

Re: Just a few of my piggy's to answer a question
Yo Jeff, I usually start my pigs when it's warmer. I do them on Friday nights and we call it "Pig from the Rig" We did not get a chance to do any last year because of our week end week out travel to competitions. As I have already said we won't be hitting it as hard this year so we no will be back at it for a few.
