I cooked my first cook-off in Texas and placed 2nd place beans ($150) out of 69 entries........did not place in the meat catagories, but will try again next month. Big Grin

Good job Omar, and thanks for the phone call from the contest. I shared your placement with some of the other cooks that were around Saturday evening, and we were all excited for ya. The next pot luck you will have to share them beans with us hint, hint? Way to go bro!
