T. V. IN the morning.
Yo, at 9 in the morning on CW 30 wIll be showing how to make a really neat rub that can be applied on any pork. I will use a pork loin uncooked for a demo. On the second show on ABC 4 Good Things Utah I will be showing how to make a nice sauce that can be put on pork loin that was finished today on the Auspit with a nice twist to it. Hope some of this can be of use to my bro's? The Boss said that I have to get some rest!!!!!!!!!

keep it low-n-slow " T "

You did a great job, T -- Props to you. Way to give a good plug for the association. That loin tasted great yesterday, and looked really nice today on the show.

Cool cool.

Re: T. V. IN the morning.
Here are the links and recipes for those that didn't get to see the show.

http://www.cw30.com/mostpopular/story/Go...xeGGw.cspx

Rub Recipe from the show.

2 1/2 Tbl Black Pepper
2 1/2 Tbl Paprika
1 1/2 Tbl Chili Powder
1 1/4 Tsp Celery Salt
1 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 Tsp Mustard Powder
1/8 Tsp Cinnamon

The recipe on the side of the page was for the sauce that went on a second show.

http://www.abc4.com/content/about_4/gtu/...CWNFw.cspx

On a UDS running in the 250 range, loin does well taken to 140 - 145* and it will take a couple of hours to cook, try checking at the 1:45 mark and see where your pit, in your conditions, has taken the meat. Whatever happens try and keep it under the 155* internal mark, IMO past that and you are aiming for shoe leather!

Good luck!
