Interesting! Dang, wish I had the grand for it. I've been inside that trailer and it wasn't bad! Don't know about that cooker, though, and I see they took the fryer off the back.

Since I can't grab it, hope someone from this site does!

I don't know why they listed $1000.00. I'm sure they want a lot more considering they they mention $27,000.

Wonder if they thought it was an auction site?

He posts a low dollar amount to get the attention; in the message he states, "if you pay me the same ($27,000) I will throw in..."

It's still an attractive offer. If only there were location agreements to sell at/on.

Yo Larry, as I remembered Richards trailer to be from the early days a R&R I don't think that this the one. His was white, not log cabin style. and had a small SP, and a grill on the back, no porch at all. Z looked at Richards to possibly buy it, maybe he could chime in?

Re: 3 Little Pigs BBQ up for sale
T is right, thats not Richards trailer. I think he did buy this one locally. Its a pretty ok trailer but not worth $27,000. Even with the truck. Sandy is one of the only cities besides Midvale and WV that even allows them. But for some reason are lienient towards taco stands. And Sandy will only allow you to be in one location for five months at a time. Back in March, Richard said he would take somewhere in the low $20,000's for his, which was also over priced. If you look on E-Bay you can get a brand new one for approx. $32,000 with a smoker, or $18,000-$22,000 without. The one I currently have came with the traeger for $12,000. I put $2,000 into it and really like it. But none of them are worth anything except the storage space that you'll be paying to store them through the winter, unless you have a lot of work lined up (in Arizona or California Smile). But they do work great as an expensive competition canopy. Just a few things to think about if any of you were looking into purchasing one.

Look Forward to seeing you all at the R&R!
