Re: Potluck meet & Greet
Yup a PotLuck for Friday night looks like a good idea.

The Managing Members at this months meeting thought that those that have sponsored the association, or have helped out in any way, some of those from Miller Motor Sports Park, Cabela's, Fire Water & Ice, the Galavan Center, and Standard Wood Supply, Lucky Planet, Zodi Water heaters, The Bosch store, various Sam's Club stores, Chuckarama, Goodwood BBQ, Q4U and the many others to numerous to name, (you all know who you are), that we could not have done without!

So invitations will go out in the next week.

So even if you are not going to cook the competition, but you want to turn up and meet and greet those that are, if you would like to bring a pot, (with some luck in it), we would love to see you there.

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!

Re: Potluck
What time is the potluck? I can't find that anywhere guys... I know load-in can start as early as 9am but some of us do have to work, so what is the suggested time to load in by & cutoff time for meat inspection?

Re: Potluck
The potluck will start around 7pm. In regards to load in and meat inspection it depends on when you are ready. Someone will be around to do inspections whenever. Just make sure that the meat is inspected before doing any seasoning or injecting.

Yo Jessie, when you arrive you can get your meat inspected no cut off time. Be good to see you guys, and thanks for coming. I heard Powell was crazy?
