Vic, could we get your GPS co-ordinates please? LOL
Don't forget to bring what you need ($$) for getting signed up for Hyrum. We really need all signed up for Hyrum by the 3rd of May. Less than 2 weeks off. The contest is 3-1/2 weeks off. We'll have a pile of forms there too. The camp sites are all taken.

Re: Meat and Greet April 26th
Hi Vic,

I have not seen anyone talk about how we are serving the food. Are we suppose to bring paper products for our food or do we have a fund or donations for the paper supplies that will be in a central area for all to get? Just thought I would throw it out there to see if I can help.

See ya Saturday.

Yo, just for chits and grins, what is everyone cooking tomorrow? We will be smoking two cases of chickens, wings, thighs, breast, and legs minus the feet. Don't know about the two questions ask above I had just planned on taking care of my own deal. The above was never mentioned as far as I know, good question though? Gotta go do some final prep to Showtime, such as load it up with wood. It will be the first fire in it since October. See ya tomorrow in the smoke!

I'll be doing a big pan of Peach Pork Beans and several fatties of various flavors. And I'll be bringing plates etc, for me and mine. I've got some paper stuff out in the garage that I can bring if anyone thinks needs be.

I wonder if we should each bring a few extra paper products. I have invited several folks not part of the assoc and just told them to bring something to share. I didn't know to tell them to bring there own eating ware. I'll see if I can bring some additional ware.

I haven't decided for sure what to do yet. Chicken was a posibility, but I think T has that covered. I think I might do one or 2 Turkey breasts and a batch of BBQ Beans. It may change.

Butts are on for some pulled pork, and the meatloaf will go in, in the early morning.

We're also planning on doing some meatloaf, baked beans and maybe a couple racks of ribs. Will bring our own paper goods.

Vic & Family:

Thank you for hosting this event! I must admit, I'm having a little yard envy. We had so much fun associating with everyone. What a great group of people!

Also, huge thanks to all of those that helped us "Sexy Mexicans" figure out what we were doing throughout the day! We learned a ton.

Galo & Sammy

Re: Meat and Greet April 26th
Sorry I missed most of you yesterday. I cooked all day for this and just as we were getting ready to leave, my daughter had a soccer accident and we had to take her to the emergency room for a broken collar bone.
We were there for 3 hours. I did manage to make it at about 7:45 and most of you were already gone. I really did enjoy meeting those of you that were still there. I was told by many that I missed some GREAT food. Thanks Vic for all you did for us! Hope to see you all at Hyrum in a couple of weeks.
