Registration forms
Here are the registration forms for the Pro Division and for the Backyard & Kids-Que, click the link to download them.

The PAYPAL tab will be up soon. The Pro Division will be a standard 4 meat Utah BBQ Organization event (turn-in starts at 12:00, 12:30, 1:00 and 1:30) + or - 5 minutes.

There will be an extra category with $100 for the winner, the extra category is "Spam", it must be prepared out in the open air, either on your smoker, grill or propane stove, it can not be cooked inside your RV, Trailer or in a Microwave or Oven, the turn in's for the Spam will be at 2:00.

The Backyard and Kids-Que will be a 2 meat Utah BBQ Organization event with chicken turn-in at 2:30 and pork ribs at 3:00.

The awards ceremony will be at 5:00.

Please remember that there will be NO electricity supplied by the venue. If you need electricity you must bring it in (ie. generator). Water will be supplied by the venue. Grease barrels will be supplied by the venue, Ash barrels will be supplied by the Organization.

Once you have entered please add your name to the Team list thread, if there is a good response and it's worth our time we'll seek a Governors proclamation on this contest.

Entry's closed noon Friday 10/01/10.
