Hey C C can you tell us what you put on those dill pickles. If it's a family heirloom recipe just pm me, I don't tell anyone anything.

Come on, John... Give the guy a break... He had a beer or two (or 4 or 5 or 20... whatever).... And he's just having a little trouble talking right now... He'll get over it before long... 8)

It's "Acadian", BTW.... I've been down to Breaux Bridge enough times, "eatin' tail and suckin' head", to recognize the language he's speaking in...

Gene - I think you have to be somewhat careful when you ask a Looooosiana boy, "What you put on those _______?" You never know what kind of "secret sauce" they might have conjured up. Big Grin

Those fried pickles were awsome as were the catfish. And this is coming from one who tells the burger joints hold the pickles. Come on, CC share the wealth.

Re: This Ray Guy?
I found a bunch of fried pickle recipes on the food channel web site. foodtv.com. May not be as good as the C C's but they're worth a try. I guess about anything is on the web these days.
