"What's in your cooker?!"
It's been kinda slow here on the forum, so I thought I would ask what's cookin'. I put three slabs of babies on the WSM a little while ago to test a new rib sauce recipe.

Cheers,
John

I've got 2 slabs of ribs (4#+) I got at Smiths for $1.49/lb. They aren't competition grade but we'll see what the Traeger and some different seasonings will do for them. Traeger has a new one called Blackened Saskatchewan (pretty black peppery,) I'm trying out for a first run. Might be better on a beef roast but we'll see.

Well, due to time constraints I ended up trying a new rib process as well as a new sauce. I think we might have a winner.
