Goodwood is a step up from Famous Dave's, but still not good.

For DO info, go to idos.com.

Chef's Table is on the upper end of the scale for Utah county dining. I think you need to decide if you want to cook BBQ or traditional fare. I'm assuming you're a recent grad of a culinary institution?

Good luck.

I'd have to admit that Goodwood appears to me to take a more traditional approach to their BBQ...but I honestly like the flavors at Dave's very much. In comparison to competition BBQ, it stinks. Textures, tenderness, are all wrong, but flavors can be overpowering. I still like it, though.

Hey welcome there Chef. If your in the good ole Utah Valley give me a ring. Live right here, in fact not far from the Chef's Table.

Hoochie, that was the best thing I have read today, and actually made a stressful day into a more relaxed one thinking about hanging out with everyone here. Thanks for the insight!!
