Actually, I THOUGHT I bought it. But when I tried to make arrangements to pick it up, the guy told me he'd sold it the night before and forgot to update the auction.

So ... I'm still in the market for a trailered rig and pretty disappointed right now.

The guy's name was Cole, right?

I saw that he put that little disclaimer in there about reserving the right to end the auction early...funny how YOU would have been obligated at the end of the auction, isn't it?

Yeah ... and I wouldn't have been quite so upset if he'd actually "ended" the auction. Maybe I'll make a whirlwind weekend trip back to the midwest and see if I can snag something else to cook on for Rock 'n Ribs. 8)

Give Bob a call. We stopped by there last month and he is quite a guy. His place looks like a smoker car lot.

By the way, that was a very rank thing the seller did! Makes you wonder if when his min. price didn't climb but was met, he made up the "sold" story. If it was sold, we need to find out to who so we can get him into the association.
