Use of a BBQer
Ok ya'll...maybe a weird request. I'm from Texas and now live here. I'm getting married next year and I absolutely want my dad to cook Texas style brisket for my wedding reception. I'm planning an all out, Texas style celebration. I have only one major problem. My dad doesn't really want to drive the BBQ all the way up here, so I'm fishing around for a BBQ when can rent, lease, use, whatever! It has to be large enough to cook 8 to 10 briskets and some chicken. We cook everything with mesquite wood, no pellets! Does anyone know of anyone or have any ideas of how to accomplish this task? Thanks for your help
