Kudos to Brian Winther!!
I want to give a shout out and a big THANK YOU to Brian Winther for taking his time this past Saturday in helping with our BBQ 101 class in Huntsville. As always, Brian is very personable and did a GREAT job, he took his time and covered everything in detail. Although the attendance wasn't as great has we had expected those that were there really got alot out of what he taught. I really appreciate him for stepping up at the last minute and helping us out!!

Thanks again!!

WTG Brian! Wink

Going to be a good cook this weekend I hope!

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!
