Results of the Huntsville Smokin' Valley BBQ Challenge
I want to personally thank Greg and Sheri Farley of The Huntsville Barbecue Company for sponsoring and creating such a great venue to compete in. I also want express my appreciation to the City of Huntsville and Mayor Jim Truett for allowing us to close off the street and making available the use of Huntsville park and its resources for the competition.

Thanks to all the teams who were able to compete in this event which wouldn't have happened without you. I also want to give a shout-out to all the judges who came up to help us out; we had a 100% CBJ showing and it was great to work with all of you and the teams -- this is what it's all about!!!!

See Lyle had it covered!Wink

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!
