Life is like the smell of smoking pork. stay in the downdraft and follow the sweet smell., enjoy each bite.

Yes and thankfully it helped me keep one of my goals at my first comp!
Seems like it was FW&I #1 and
I turned in all my meats on time
and didn't have any last places.
However I was dismayed, as I was most proud of my chicken and pork and your burnt thighs were the only thing between me adn last place in what turned out to be my worst showing.
Carla, I have kept track of the great progress you have made and hold out hope that is if and when I turn 60 or 65 and start to compete there is hope for me to do the same.
