RAINY DAY BABY BACKS
We got some new sauces in and couldn't wait to give them a try. Rubbed with Blues Hog rub and put a different sauce on each portion, sprayed with apple juice every 45 mins. Grilled 1.5 hours at 275 degrees, meat side up. Wrapped in foil with mixture of butter, brown sugar and honey. Grilled at 250 degrees for 1 hour meat side down. Unwrapped grilled at 250 degrees for 1 hour, poured juices from foil over ribs. Not quite point tender so grilled an additional 1/2 hour at 275 degrees. Total time 4 hours. Some of my best. Favorite sauce Blues Hog.

Very nice, thanks for posting the pictures. I also like Blue Hog's products. The sweet mustard is a nice change from the other sauces too.

Yo Will, nice job, now my question is why didn't I get some of those ribs today on my visit old buddy? I did get to taste some of your shoulder, and it was yummy for real. Guys outside of have a supper selection of meats and other goodies, Will has taken his BBQ game to another level including sauces, seasonings, pellets, and a great line of pellet smokers for sale. Thanks for the fun time Will and crew, and as always great to see ya.

The difference between Q4U and the other joints, T Q's with love, and thats a fact. See you soon.
