Yummy Burger!
Just thought I would share our newest creation with you all.
How about this for a late night snack?
2 half pound hamburger patties (YES, 1 pound total!)
1/4 pound Tumbleweed Smoked Pastrami
4 slices of cheese
Lettuce
Onion
Pickles
Yellow Peppers
Special Sauce
Grill Toasted Sesame Bun
and a hand full of paper towels!

We will be serving these in the restaurant shortly.

I would have to stand on that beast to squish it down just so I could fit it in my mouth. Nice.

I need all of you to help me name the thing. I think that Meat Man has a good start. "THE BEAST"

Any other ideas? Oh, and I have been told by Brian B that it needs bacon on it. Maybe a quarter of a pound to make it a full pound and a half of meat! What do you think?

RE: Yummy Burger!
It has been suggested that I throw a deep fried chicken patty in between the hamburger patties.
Now that may be going just a bit to far....or is it???

RE: Yummy Burger!
Bacon for sure, loose the pickles on mine though. So is it a big hit in sleepy little Tremonton town? Are they flocking in from Grouse Creek, Park Valley, Rosette, etc. to procur this tasty morsel? Big Grin

Respice, adspice, prospice. Latin proverb.
Respice = you didn't use enough spice the first time! adspice = you ought to add spice, you know? prospice = you should be an advocate for spice!
