How to get started?
Lang smoker (check)
Love to BBQ (check)

So, how do I get started in the BBQ competition world? My other question how did everyone get started? Do's and Don'ts?

Check Vegas or other places you can fly to and take a KCBS Certified BBQ Judges class. If you don't know what winning BBQ is supposed to taste like you can never make it.

Practice, practice, practice........ That's the advice I was given by T.
There's a lot of folks I've recently met that are more than willing and able to point you in the right direction; lot's of photos and posts will be of great value in your adventure.
