I wish I had more dutch ovens so I could cook more....... I've just about have it all put together DO & BBQ- you know, jack of all trades master of none. Oh well, it's all in the journey.

Yes & No...... I used some white chocolate in this one along with a smattering of raspberries in the middle. I haven't seen a real difference cooking at 325 or 350, however in a rush to taste if cooled too fast I've had more surface cracks. I''ve been cooking them for 50 - 55 minutes.

Nice...yeah I noticed on the key lime before you took it out of the DO that it had some surface cracks I thought it might have happened during cooling...if these taste half as good as they look you've got a real winner on your hands. I was showing my wife the pictures and she was blown away with how fantastic they looked coming from a DO! Again great work!Smile
