Food Tester
So there's a guy on line that claims to have eatin at every BBQ joint on the Wasatch front. He advises when ordering brisket to order from the "Butter End". He means the butt where flat and point are. He sayz the flat will be dry and tough. I guess if he never orders anything but the fat end he will never know who knows how to cook brisket.

Is the guy a judge? Does he really know his BBQ or is he just a homer...?

Some times it's just best to keep your trap shut and have people think that your daft then to open that stammering skull cave and remove all doubt!!! In the immortal words of Frank Barone (aka Peter Boyle) "geez-a-loo"
