First Crack At ABT's
I finally tried out a recipe for ABT's. Turned out pretty good. Here's some pic's.

Yo, for you peanut butter lovers, try using, peanut butter for a filler, and don't wrap in bacon. You will be pleasantly surprised. Make sure you make enough!

Thanks all for the nice comments.
@T, in fact the first time I had stuffed jalopenos was from a bunch of Dainish guys that were here training at the base. They stuffed the peppers with different things like cheese, tunafish, and sausage, rolled them in garlic flavored bread crumbs, and deep fried them. Then they prepared a peanut butter hot sauce to dip them in. Man, they were good...spicey but yummy. So, yeah, that sounds really good to try. Thanks for sharing.

Actually, got the peppers from Winco. Yes, I have about half left...well, that's what was left when I left for work this morning. No telling now.

My kids beg me for those anytime I fire up the pit so yesterday for dinner we smoked pizza and ABT's. We love em. I use Jalapeno and Anaheim . . .
