Memorial weekend cooking
Hello all,

Planing on doing my first some what large group (large for us) cook off get together this Sunday and was wondering if any body had good ideas for Items to cook for about 15-20 people.

-Doing Brisket and Pork also looking doing ribs of coarse

was seeing if any body else had some good ideas .

Sounds like you have it coverd. Cant beat Brisket and Ribs and Pork butt. Sounds great Bro!

i was thinking chicken to but I promise somebody will show up with some lol cause one of my friends was like I will bring some meat.. So I bet it will be chicken lol

We are doing 8 racks 2 briskets and then they called late last night and added chicken.So it looks like all the smokers will be firing up Sunday Smile
