This is an interesting ad. I hate to tell them but hamburger is one of those ground meats that need to come out of cold to hot spending little time in the danger zone (40 - 140). The temperature needed to cook a hamburger patty for four hours without making a hockey puck would be really low.

Not me... I don't have a clue about BBQ, or Pits or cooking and literally nothing about the HD and keeping things legal! Wink

Hmmmm, interesting idea. I think it might be worth a try but way too much work to smoke a brisket, grind it up, add some seasonings, maybe some green onion, mushrooms, cotija cheese, some chipotles and a binder. Make them kind of like a crab cake, grill them just to bring everything together and enjoy.

It's my company and we are doing great! My ribs that I smoke for 16 hours are the best.
